Job summary

Diptyque Distribution LLC. is seeking a Brand Ambassador to be the face of our luxury fragrance and home goods brand, engaging customers and delivering exceptional service.

You will share the Diptyque story, educate shoppers about products and ingredients, achieve sales targets, maintain brand standards, and participate in events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for luxury products and understanding of the Diptyque brand aesthetic.
• Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards for a luxury brand.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Engage with customers, providing personalized consultations and an immersive brand experience.
• Educate customers on Diptyque's product range, ingredients, history, and unique selling propositions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling/cross-selling.
• Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights, communicating them to management.
• Participate in special events, promotions, and training sessions as required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Any other tasks as assigned by management.

• Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as retail demands.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards, reflecting the luxury nature of the brand.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
