Job summary

Advantage Solutions, a global retail services company, is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to drive sales by engaging shoppers through food and beverage sampling. This entry-level role requires no prior experience and includes comprehensive training, flexible part-time hours, and opportunities for growth within the company.

You will interact with customers, manage sample stations, handle basic food prep and cleaning, and record results using a smartphone after each shift.

Qualifications

• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
