Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Providence, RI. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience while promoting AE & Aerie products. You will travel across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, bring energy, and excel at guest interactions.

You will embrace the AEO selling model, drive loyalty programs, and work weekends/evenings. Previous retail experience is valued and you must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and creating great shopping experiences.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You bring energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are comfortable working evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done as a team.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
