Job summary

Carhartt is seeking an on-site Retail Associate in Fairlawn, Ohio. You will deliver the ultimate consumer experience, promote the Carhartt brand, and ensure product displays meet Visual Merchandising standards.

Work with store leadership to achieve revenue goals, participate in training and development, and uphold safety and company policies. Expect retail hours, standing duties, and light lifting up to 30–40 lbs; national travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
