Training is paid and includes live virtual sessions. Assignments require a smartphone, reliable transportation, and completion of retailer compliance courses prior to first visit.

Qualifications

• Residential mailing address for brand‑issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in‑store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1‑hour in‑store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand’s flagship product line and benefits.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line.
• Replenish and tidy the in‑store brand displays at every visit.
• Check in/out on‑site via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos/reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in‑store presence and wear the brand‑issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before first in‑store visit.

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1‑year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

What you’ll do (1‑hour in‑store visit, in priority order):

• Engage shoppers about the brand’s flagship product line.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line.
• Replenish and tidy the in‑store brand displays (reference photos provided).
• Check in/out via Ubeya and submit post‑visit photos + reporting.

Available Delaware Locations:

• Newark, DE
• Wilmington, DE

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual):

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Compensation

$24.00 per hour. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in‑store visit.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).

• Ability to commit to a bi‑monthly cadence (one 1‑hour visit every 8 weeks).
