Job summary

OFFLINE by Aerie in Lexington, KY seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and build brand loyalty. You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while upholding policy and integrity.

The role requires energy, multi-tasking ability, and a passion for retail. Prior retail experience is a plus, with evenings, weekends and holidays available.

Qualifications

• Part-time Brand Ambassador in a retail store setting.
• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products that fit their needs.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and brand programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand needs and suggest products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and brand features.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and store channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
