Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Naperville, IL to bring the AE/Aerie brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You will educate guests on products, promote the loyalty program, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding our policies, staying energetic, and delivering exceptional service. This role values teamwork and integrity and begins with a welcoming, friendly approach.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
