Job summary

Lane Bryant Branson seeks a Regular/Part time Associate to create a hospitable store environment through customer engagement, helping achieve store goals. You’ll identify customer needs and share fashion trends to build trust while representing the brand with product knowledge.

Responsibilities include sales, service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Proficiency with mobile devices and a flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays) are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience, with ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with mobile technology (Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Able to move merchandise up to 25 pounds, climb or adjust fixtures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs & wants through intentional conversation.
• Shares and represents current products, fit and fashion trends to wardrobe customers.
• Uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience and build strong relationships.
