Lane Bryant in Council Bluffs is seeking a Store Associate to create a hospitable environment and engage customers in a way that supports Brand goals. You will represent the Lane Bryant look and knowledge of products to help customers assemble outfits and feel confident in their purchases.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and you will use mobile devices to assist customers, merchandise racks, and maintain store safety and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
