This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face communication and want to gain experience in brand representation, marketing, and customer relations. Previous brand ambassador experience is not required, and training will be provided.

• Answer basic questions and direct complex inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Support demonstrations, events, or customer outreach activities.
• Maintain organized promotional materials and event spaces.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate observations to the team.
• Follow approved messaging, event procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Attend scheduled briefings and training sessions.
