Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador at the Maine Mall location in Portland, ME to bring the brand to life for every guest. You will provide an amazing shopping experience, educate customers on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while embodying our brand values.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, assist guests daily, and resolve concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and energy for a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to educate guests on AE & Aerie products and upsell.
• Open to working evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Commitment to AE brand values and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person and engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits for their needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AE policies and procedures.
