Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to create an amazing in-store shopping experience and be the face of the brand. You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

The role requires energy in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal skills, and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to company policies.
