Job summary

Diptyque Paris is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Bloomingdale's Chestnut Hill. You will be the face of our luxury fragrance and home goods brand, engaging clients with the Diptyque story and driving sales through exceptional service and product expertise.

You will nurture client relationships, share knowledge about Diptyque products, and support boutique operations and teamwork in a fast-paced luxury environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or beauty.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for fragrance, beauty, and client connection.
• Comfort with digital tools and Microsoft Office.
