Job summary

Diptyque Paris is seeking a Brand Ambassador for our New York flagship to embody luxury storytelling and exceptional service. You will engage customers, share brand narratives, and drive sales with expertise in fragrance and home goods.

Flexibility for weekends/evenings is required. You will maintain premium visuals, assist with inventory, and participate in events to deepen client relationships and loyalty for the Diptyque brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Provide personalized consultations and immersive brand experiences.
• Educate customers on product range, ingredients, history, and USPs.
• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to management.
• Participate in events, promotions, and training sessions.
• Build strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Other tasks as assigned by managers.
