Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, introduce baby essentials, and help families prepare for school moments in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

This role emphasizes caring, teamwork, and growth, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. You’ll perform POS transactions, assist with floor replenishment, and explain current promotions and the loyalty program.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product knowledge.

• Execute and expedite POS/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and keeping the store safe and clean.
