Job summary

AEO is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador in Seattle, WA. You will bring our brand to life, providing every guest with an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values with authenticity.

You will engage customers through the AE Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor and stockroom to support a busy store. This role emphasizes teamwork, energy, and guest-first service.

Qualifications

• People-focused customer service experience.
• Strong energy and pace in a retail environment.
• Capable of multitasking across tasks and zones.
• Experience in store environments preferred or retail familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations.
• Uphold brand integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
