Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Miami is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings the brand to life every day. You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and represent our values with authenticity.

You’ll flex across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom while engaging guests with the AEO Selling Model and promoting the loyalty program. Must be at least 16, energetic, and available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
