Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is hiring a Part-time Brand Ambassador in Connecticut. You’ll bring the brand to life in-store, creating an amazing shopping experience and making guests feel welcome. You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, build brand loyalty, and educate guests on AE & Aerie products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Represent the brand values and bring your REAL self to work each day.
