Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Danbury to create an exceptional in-store shopping experience. You will connect with guests, share product knowledge, and promote AE & Aerie items while embracing the AE Selling Model.

You’ll help teammates across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to ensure a smooth, friendly visit. The role requires energy, strong communication, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to handle evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure the store runs smoothly.
