Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Toledo, OH to bring our brand to life in-store. You will greet guests, share product knowledge, and create an amazing shopping experience that leaves guests smiling.

You will use the AEO Selling Model, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while staying true to our values and having fun.

Qualifications

• You're at least 16 years of age.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Energetic with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move flexibly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies.
