You will bring our brand to life, provide an amazing shopping experience, and represent our company values with your real self. The role requires energy, customer focus, and a passion for AE and Aerie products.

You’ll be flexible across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, and you’ll help build brand loyalty while delivering friendly, personalized service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication abilities expected.
• Experience in retail helps with product knowledge and sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support coworkers to get the job done.
