Summary

Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience on the sales floor while supporting store operations and visual standards. Deliver customer-first service, drive individual KPIs, and contribute to team sales goals. This entry-level retail role supports merchandising, replenishment, and fitting room assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed individual KPI targets (SPH, data capture) and utilize selling tools.
• Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on product and initiatives.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
• Support operational tasks including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing duties, and visual standards.
• Participate in company trainings and provide product and category feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related high-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
• Willingness to follow company processes, complete trainings, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
