This entry-level role participates in training, maintains visual standards, and contributes product feedback to management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-first mindset on the sales floor.
• Understand and meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and sales objectives.
• Connect customers to the loyalty program and educate them on available programs and offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, advise on sizing, and uphold store standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain back-of-house processes.
• Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in company trainings and contribute product and category feedback to management.
