Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking an energetic Event Brand Ambassador to represent our premium window and door replacement brand at community events and retail locations. You will engage homeowners, educate on features, and book appointments with our design consultants.

This role emphasizes face-to-face interactions, reliable transportation, and weekend availability, with base pay plus weekly performance bonuses. Training is provided to ensure brand consistency and success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience; events experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation to various event locations.
• Able to work at least 3 weekends per month.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, and willing to learn.
• Ability to set up, run, and break down events; stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, and markets.
• Engage with attendees and book appointments with design consultants.
• Educate consumers on product features and benefits in a friendly, no-pressure environment.
• Learn and confidently communicate brand messaging and product knowledge.

Income (On Average): $25hr - $40hr (Base + Weekly Performance Bonus!) (Paid Weekly!)

As an Event Brand Ambassador, you’ll be a vital member of our marketing team, helping to introduce homeowners to our products and services. You’ll drive brand awareness through engaging, face-to-face interactions at community events and retail locations.

Responsibilities:

Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, farmer’s markets, etc.

Engage with attendees and book an appointment with one of our amazing design consultants

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience – Prior Events Experience is a Plus

Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Event Locations in the Area

Availability to Work At Least 3 Weekends per Month

Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, and willing to learn

Ability to set up, run, and break down events; and ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to stand for extended periods of time with opportunities for breaks
