Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, part of Renuity, is seeking a Brand Ambassador in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you'll engage with potential customers directly at retail locations and events, promoting our remodeling services without the need to sell.

We offer flexible full and part-time positions with earnings potential ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 in your first year. Training is provided, and we prioritize self-motivated candidates passionate about growth in sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training available for those without.
• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers in retail environments and local events.
• Introduce remodeling services and schedule in-home product demonstrations.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Engage with potential customers with direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces

• Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation

• Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required!

• Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry

• Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career

Key Qualifications

• No experience required!

  • Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without

• Self‑motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in

• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first‑hand

• Availability to work afternoons and weekends

  • Currently hiring for 11am – 7pm shifts Wednesday‑Sunday

• Naturally outgoing and well‑spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction

• Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)

  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events

  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotion activities
