Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring Brand Ambassadors to engage homeowners with in-person outreach at retail locations and events.

The role offers base hourly pay with uncapped bonuses and potential to earn $50k-$70k in year one, with top reps over $80k. Full and part-time schedules, PTO from day one, and comprehensive benefits.

No experience required; training provided, opportunities for career growth in sales and management; shifts typically 11am–7pm Wednesday through Sunday.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
