Mad City Windows in Kansas City is seeking a Brand Ambassador who will engage directly with potential customers in retail environments. This role offers a base hourly pay alongside uncapped performance bonuses, with first-year earnings potentially reaching up to $70,000.

In this position, you will promote our remodeling services and schedule in-home demonstrations without any selling required. We welcome individuals who are self-motivated, outgoing, and eager for career development.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but prior experience is a plus.
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends.
• Must stand and walk for extended periods.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Engage with potential customers via direct, in‑person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
• Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
• Generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations – no selling required
• Represent one of the highest‑rated brands in the industry
• Use this experience as a stepping‑stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career

Key Qualifications

• No experience required (prior experience is a plus; we will train those without)
• Self‑motivated, willing to put in effort
• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first‑hand
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends (currently hiring for 11 am – 7 pm shifts Friday–Sunday)
• Naturally outgoing and well‑spoken; thrive in human interaction
• Physical requirements:
  • Must stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)
  • Must work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
  • Must stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotional activities
