Job summary

Volo Sports in San Diego seeks a part-time Promotions Ambassador to represent the brand at leagues and events. You will manage on-site activations, engage athletes, and deliver memorable experiences while promoting partner brands.

You should be excellent at communication, able to multi-task, lift 30–50 pounds, and work 4–9 pm weekdays with some weekend shifts. Prior promotions or beverage brand experience is a plus; join a lively team focused on sports and community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Volo Sports and its partner brands at events.
• Logistically set up promotions and activations at Volo facilities.
• Communicate brand attributes and benefits to consumers during promotions.
• Create positive customer experiences for the Volo community.
• Learn the brand and promote it in-person at leagues and events.
• Capture creative and engaging content and provide to HQ for recap reports.
• Learn content brand guidelines.
• Share customer and distribution feedback with HQ.
• Meet or exceed monthly sample distribution goals.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Submit daily activation recap forms.

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Serve as a representative for Volo Sports and its partner brands such as Monster Energy and others
• Logistically setup approved promotions and activations at Volo facilities to sample cold product such as beverages to athletes in their time of need
• Communicate brand attributes and benefits to consumers while doing promotions
• Create positive customer experiences for the Volo community
• Learn the brand, and promote that brand in-person at leagues and events
• Capture creative and engaging content of the brand and provide to HQ team for recap reports
• • Learn content brand guidelines
• Shares customer and distribution feedback to HQ team to get relayed to the brand
• Meets or exceeds monthly sample distribution goals.
• This person understands and follows all company policies and procedures
• Submits daily activation recap forms
