Job summary

Infinite Reign Solution, Inc. is seeking motivated Brand Ambassadors to join our Sacramento retail team. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products and services to deliver an exceptional buying experience.

As part of a fast-paced environment, you will meet sales goals, activate new accounts, and maintain accurate documentation. We offer paid training, an on-site full-time role, coaching, and clear advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service, retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to recommend products and services that fit their needs.
• Present product features, pricing, service plans, and promotional offers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team performance.
• Assist customers with new account activations, upgrades, product setup, and account maintenance.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain complete customer documentation.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide solutions that enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with team members to execute sales initiatives and support daily retail operations.
• Maintain an organized and professional sales floor that enhances the customer experience.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during every customer interaction.
