Job summary

Steel City in Pittsburgh seeks a Brand Ambassador (Sales Stylist) to be the face of the brand at the Strip District location. You bring energy, tell the Steel City story, and help guests find pieces they love while making visits personal.

You’ll style assistance, maintain visuals, restock daily, engage with the local community, and support store events and social media initiatives. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, with 5–15 hours weekly including weekends.

Qualifications

• You have strong customer service and embody the Steel City brand.
• Assist guests with styling, product selection and fit guidance.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Availability 5-15 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
