Job summary

Shopsteelcity in Pittsburgh is seeking a friendly and outgoing Brand Ambassador (Sales Stylist) to engage customers and promote the Steel City brand at our retail stores. You will deliver exceptional service, assist with styling, and help create a personalized shopping experience. Ideal candidates have a passion for Pittsburgh culture and retail experience. The role offers flexible hours (5-15 per week), with perks including sales incentives, a clothing allowance, and employee discounts, fostering a fun work environment.

We have available positions at our four retail stores located in Cranberry, Shadyside, Strip District, and Ross Park. By applying here, you will be asked which location(s) you prefer.

As a Brand Ambassador (Sales Stylist), you’re the face of Steel City. You bring the energy, the story, and the local pride to life with every customer interaction. You’ll help guests find pieces they love, share the meaning behind the brand, and make every visit feel personal.

• You have prior retail or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• You have flexible availability 5-15 hours per week, including weekends (and holidays)
