Masterplan Marketing is seeking energetic, customer‑facing professionals for a full‑time, in‑person role in Orange County, CA. You will represent nonprofit organizations at events, engage the public, and build relationships with communities.

Job Type:Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In-Person

Compensation:$800–$1,200 per week (potential earnings, including commissions and bonuses)

We partner with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to raise awareness, engage local communities, and help support meaningful causes through face-to-face outreach and live events.

No previous marketing experience? No problem!We provide hands‑on training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, retail locations, and other live events throughout Orange County.
• Engage with the public, share information about important causes, and inspire community support.
• Build relationships through face‑to‑face communication.
• Work alongside a motivated team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Develop valuable skills in communication, marketing, leadership, and customer engagement.
