Job summary

Sugar House Distillery is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent our local brand at tastings, festivals, liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and community events in Idaho. You will educate consumers about our grain-to-glass spirits and build excitement around the Sugar House story.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the territory.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with groups and initiating conversations.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Maintain a polished and on-brand appearance at all times.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sugar House Distillery in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Conduct product tastings and sampling events in compliance with Idaho liquor laws.
• Educate consumers on product profile, brand story, and tasting notes.
• Build relationships with customers, retail staff, distributor, and event attendees.
• Set up and break down tasting displays and promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive event space.
• Operate independently while maintaining strong communication with the internal team.
• Track event results, consumer feedback, and product sales through reports and recaps.
• Assist with festivals, special events, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist with social media content creation and brand engagement opportunities when applicable.
• Support sales growth through regular account visits and market development

About Sugar House Distillery

Sugar House Distillery is one of Utah's few grain to glass distilleries, crafting award-winning spirits with a passion for quality, community, and local pride. Our cocktails are made with our top selling vodka and crafted to deliver a clean, balanced drinking experience. We're looking for outgoing, reliable individuals who love connecting with people and representing a locally made brand who just made their way into Idaho territory.

Position Summary

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Sugar House Distillery at tastings, festivals, liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and community events. You'll educate consumers about our products, build excitement around the brand, help drive sales, and create memorable experiences that inspire customers to support our products. Training and sales materials will be provided.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, events, or beverage/alcohol industry is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person.
• Sales or promotional experience
• Familiarity with Grain to Glass spirits
