Position Summary
We are seeking an engaging, knowledgeable, and customer‑focused Tour Guide to lead visitors through our facility, share our story, and deliver a memorable, high‑quality guest experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, comfortable speaking to groups, and passionate about hospitality with knowledge and interest in spirits, distilling, and mixology.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and lead guided tours with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Communicate the company’s history, mission, processes, and products in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ensure tours run on schedule and maintain excellent pacing and flow.
- Provide accurate information and answer guest questions confidently.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure guests follow all facility guidelines.
- Assist with tastings, demonstrations, and onsite events (if applicable).
- Support retail operations, including product recommendations and basic sales transactions.
- Gather and report visitor feedback to help improve the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming tour environment.
- Check State IDs to be 21+ compliant and upsell products within retail.

- Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people.
- Ability to learn and retain detailed information about company history, processes, and products.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Must be willing to be TIPS certified to serve alcohol samples.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, performance, or education.
- Experience leading groups or conducting presentations.
- Interest in alcohol process and cocktails.
- Cocktail knowledge and teaching is a plus.
Work Schedule
Weekends and nights as needed. Hours needed 10 to 15 hours per week. Flexible availability for events or private tours.
