Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Albuquerque to engage homeowners in-store, present the window and door sweepstakes, and listen to their concerns about windows and doors.

You will coordinate with Design Consultants to arrange in-home inspections and provide pricing guaranteed for a full year.

This role includes setting appointments, supporting monthly targets, and working flexible shifts across Tuesday through Sunday, including events.

Overview

As a Brand Ambassador, you approach customers in-store to offer them a chance to enter our $10,000 window and door sweepstakes. When a homeowner expresses interest, you have a brief discussion about their concerns with windows and doors. The goal is to connect prospective clients with a Design Consultant who can inspect their home and provide exact pricing that is guaranteed for a full year.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers in-store and present the window and door sweepstakes opportunity.
• Engage homeowners to understand their concerns with windows and doors.
• Coordinate with Design Consultants to arrange in-home inspections and provide guaranteed pricing.
• Set appointments with prospective clients and contribute to meeting monthly targets.

Schedule and Location

• Two shifts available, Tuesday through Sunday. Agents work 8-35 hours per week.
• Brand Ambassadors work 3–6 shifts per week with a flexible schedule.
• There are events and trade shows with schedules that may require early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Compensation

This opportunity earns FULL-TIME PAY, while operating on PART-TIME HOURS.
