Cellairis in Natick, MA is seeking a Brand Advocate to energize customers, drive walk-in traffic, and convert interactions into sales using energetic scripts and a customer-first approach.

You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, build relationships, and strive to exceed daily sales goals while representing the Cellairis dress code and brand standards.

This role emphasizes persuasive communication, resilience, and teamwork with the Store Manager and Retail/Sales department.

Responsabilidades

• Perform walk-by customer conversion sales using AIDA-based scripts to drive store visits.
• Persuade customers to obtain repair quotes or join mailing lists by offering free products.
• Explain special offers and direct customers to the Cellairis counter.

Job Description

Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program: you will be enticing each walk by customer with free products so that he or she will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will be using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk by customer to the Cellairis counter. You will persuade and encourage the customer to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote and or join our mailing list by offering free products. In order for the consumer to receive their free goods or services from Cellairis they will need to come to the Cellairs counter and agree to certain participation terms. Your job is to make them aware of these special offers, entice and drive them to our store.

Previous Work Experience

• Retail experience recommended but not required:
  • 1-3 years in a retail sales environment
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Sampling selling experience is a plus
