Cellairis Madison is seeking a Brand Advocate to energize customers at the walk-by entry, persuade with high-energy scripts, and guide them toward a store visit and purchase. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, this role offers a chance to develop your sales skills and be highly visible on the floor.

You will use AIDA-based scripts to entice customers, offer samples, and encourage sign-ups to stay connected.

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors using AIDA-based scripts to entice customers to visit the store and consider a purchase.
• Persuade and encourage customers to reveal information for quotes or mailing lists and explain special offers.
• Provide genuine customer service and maintain a positive, energetic presence that supports sales goals.

Job Description

Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program: you will be enticing each walk by customer with free products so that he or she will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will be using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk by customer to the Cellairis counter. You will persuade and encourage the customer to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote and or join our mailing list by offering free products. In order for the consumer to receive their free goods or services from Cellairis they will need to come to the Cellairs counter and agree to certain participation terms. Your job is to make them aware of these special offers, entice and drive them to our store.

Previous Work Experience

• Retail experience recommended but not required:
