Job summary

HSP Brands is seeking a Part-Time Brand Activator in California to engage shoppers, share compelling brand stories, and drive sales at on-site retail locations. You will create inviting tasting experiences, learn products, and report outcomes via mobile apps while maintaining professionalism and reliability.

Expect flexible shifts, training support, and performance-based opportunities. Prior experience in beverage or customer-facing roles is helpful.

Qualifications

• The ability and confidence to engage consumers in a public retail environment.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned event locations.
• Availability for evening and weekend assignments.
• Comfort using mobile apps and technology for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
• Ability to complete required event reporting accurately and on time.
• Required alcohol service certification for your state.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including prolonged standing and lifting event materials as required.
