Job summary

HSP Brands is seeking Brand Activators to bring premium beverages and lifestyle brands to Southern California retail locations and events. You will engage customers, share stories, and educate on product details while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires high energy, reliability, and willingness to learn about products. Training is provided; must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, engaging personality with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and master product knowledge (training provided).
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred (1+ year).
• RBS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Represent top-tier beverage brands at retail locations and event tastings.
• Engage with customers, share brand stories, and educate consumers on product details.
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive, memorable brand experience.
• Set up and manage product samples or displays (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs).
• Stand for 4–6 hours during activations.
• Participate in incentive programs, contests, and cash prize opportunities.
