Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking a Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager for a leading consumer products company launching a new division. The role focuses on building retail presence, driving retail excellence, and ensuring high-quality in-store execution across locations.

You will oversee POSM rollout, visuals, and planograms, develop guidelines for field teams, manage data and stock, and collaborate with field teams and suppliers to ensure a successful rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising, trade marketing, retail activation, shopper marketing or in-store marketing.
• Hands-on with POSM, in-store visuals, and planograms.
• Strong end-to-end project management: budgets, timelines, production, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build Category/Brand retail strategy aligning with objectives.
• Manage POSM end-to-end from budget to reporting.
• Manage Category/Brand visuals end-to-end from budget to reporting.
• Create how-to documents for field managers and in-store teams.
• Create planograms for all capex configurations.
• Maintain and optimize merchandising databases; track POSM stock.
• Coordinate with field teams and suppliers for smooth rollout.
