The Client Services team is responsible for managing and growing Roku's partnerships with advertisers and ultimately enabling our clients to reach their business objectives.
Actively seeking an experienced contributor for the role of Brand Activation Manager with a passion for project management and partnership with sales to join our dynamic and growing Ad Sales Client Services team.
You will leverage a deep understanding of the Ad Sales/Account Management role to drive process, support sales teams and improve outputs to clients on our Sponsorship offerings. You will be responsible for team wide initiatives, standard operating procedures and ensuring the team is properly supporting business development to meet revenue goals. The role includes taking a leadership role to coordinate efforts between other cross‑functional teams as necessary. The position frequently interfaces with Sales, AdOps, Product, Client Services, and Roku Brand Studio.
The Brand Activation Manager will also manage campaign escalations and ensure appropriate resolution, especially on priority accounts. A balance of strong project management experience, a client‑first approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with partners in the Roku organization will be key to the candidate's success.
This position is a hybrid role, Monday – Thursday in office with the option to work from home on Friday.
New York – The estimated annual salary for this position is between $110,000-120,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
