Job summary

HVAC DISTRIBUTORS INC in Jessup, MD is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to pull and stage orders, unload and load transfers, and deliver products to customer locations daily.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehousing and 1 year delivery, a valid Class D license, and a reliable driving record. Strong accuracy and safety are essential, with focus on FIFO and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years warehousing experience.
• Minimum 1 year delivery experience.
• Valid Class Driver's License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensures branch orders are pulled, scanned, packaged, staged, and loaded into customer vehicles accurately and undamaged.
• Unloads, scans, and stores inventory transfers delivered by the transfer truck; loads outgoing transfers.
• Unloads, scans, and stores vendor-delivered purchase orders daily.
• Delivers products to customer locations as directed by the Branch Manager.
• Rotates floor stock to ensure FIFO for time-sensitive items.
• Maintains clean and orderly warehouse aisles and bin locations.
• Performs cycle counts and inventories as directed by the Branch Manager.
