Job summary

United Refrigeration Inc. seeks a delivery driver to support daily branch operations in Tampa. You will make deliveries, pull customer orders, and stock inventory while adhering to DOT regulations and hazmat CDL requirements.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, loading/unloading shipments, preparing products for shipment, and assisting at the counter as needed. The role requires strong safety awareness and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• Maintain valid DOT medical and drug-free requirements.
• Able to carry at least 75 pounds and lift up to 105 lbs (4–5 hours daily).
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections as per DOT.
• CDL with hazmat endorsement is required.
• Climb ladders as needed and operate a forklift when required.
• Greet customers and assist at counter as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customers, other branches/warehouses, and vendors.
• Pull orders for customers and prepare shipments.
• Load and unload shipments using proper equipment.
• Prepare products for shipment with UPS, FedEx, and common carriers.
• Receive shipments and process related paperwork.
• Maintain daily trip logs and fuel reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
