Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to join our Retail team at the Bell Oaks Branch in Newburgh, Indiana. The role involves helping members with transactions, educating them on ITMs, and cross-selling Heritage products and services.

The position is full-time with a flexible schedule including Fridays and Saturdays, and some travel between branches. Starting pay is $17.80 per hour with incentive pay for travel; candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior sales or

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience and excellent customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and self-motivated professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Travel and adapt to various branch locations as needed.
• Sincerely greet each Member in the branch.
• Educate Members in the use of ITMs for transactional needs.
• Answer any questions about Heritage products and services.
• Produce quality referrals to Senior and Relationship Bankers.
• Assist members with technical services and/or account maintenance and opening of shares and accounts.
• A flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business.
• Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Cross-selling products and services.
• Filling in at other locations as needed.
• Other duties as required.
