Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Teller to assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related transactions, while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities, support branch balancing, and help maintain security and compliance. Experience in teller operations and a strong customer-service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must master complex teller transactions/functions using the Symitar system and maintain accuracy.
• Thorough knowledge of credit union products, services, and account documents.
• Consistently achieve 80%+ in referrals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent listening, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with multiple priorities.
• Punctuality and professional attire required.
• Recent performance reviews must be meets or exceeds; no disciplinary actions past six months.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions efficiently and accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.).
• Provide courteous service and resolve member inquiries in person, by phone, or by mail.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer members to business partners.
• Assist branch balance and related duties (cash shipments, alarm testing, audits).
• Balance cash drawer per policy and complete related documentation.
• May perform ATM duties (imaging checks, loading cash, balancing).
• Ensure compliance with laws and credit union procedures.
• Provide coverage at FSR concierge station as needed.
• Engage in all assigned development programs to support sales and service excellence.
