Job summary

LKQ in the US is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch, combining deliveries, warehouse tasks and trade counter support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will deliver products safely and on time, help maintain stock accuracy, assist customers at the trade counter and support click-and-collect operations.

Work alongside a friendly team, follow health and safety procedures, and develop your skills through ongoing training and opportunities across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A valid full driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Health & Safety practices.
• Basic IT skills and confidence with handheld devices.
• Flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.
• Experience in automotive, retail or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time.
• Support warehouse operations and stock checks.
• Assist at the trade counter and respond to customer queries.
• Maintain stock accuracy and assist with stock takes.
• Use delivery handheld devices and ePOD systems.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Attend team briefings and contribute to branch goals.
