AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Royersford, PA is seeking service-focused staff to greet members, determine service needs, and direct them to the right area. The role includes DMV transactions where applicable and delivering high-quality customer service per Club standards.

Responsibilities include assisting members with travel materials, hotel and car reservations, converting memberships, processing payments, notary duties, and cross-selling AAA products.

Qualifications

• High School GED Required.
• 1-3 years experience as Branch Specialist or related role.
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform basic accounting duties.
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks daily.
• Prior experience using State DMV licensing system.
• Notary Public license within 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• In DMV states, provide registration services and maintain knowledge of DMV regulations.
• Prepare TripTiks and provide maps, tour books, and travel materials.
• Assist with hotel and car reservations.
• Promote and sell AAA memberships and handle payments.
• Process insurance payments and handle renewals.
• Issue passport photos and IDP’s.
• Conduct Travel Money product transactions and ticket sales.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits.
• Provide notary services per NNA and Club procedures.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on member needs.

Job Duties

• In States offering DMV license services, provides registration services to members; maintains current knowledge of DMV regulations and completes all transactions according to State DMV and Club procedures.
• Prepares TripTiks®; provides maps, tour books and other travel-related materials.
• Assists members with hotel and/or car reservations.
• Promotes and sells AAA memberships.
• Processes membership payments. Upgrades basic memberships to those with higher value (Plus, Premier, etc.); offers automatic renewal feature.
• Processes insurance payments and offers automatic renewal.
• Issues passport photos and IDP’s.
• Processes Travel Money product transactions; provides merchandise and attraction ticket sales.
• Balances and reconciles cash drawer; prepares daily deposits.
• Performs notary services in accordance with the National Notary Association and Club procedures.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities based on members’ product needs and service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Branch Specialist 1 and/or 2 or related experience Required
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform basic accounting duties
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks or assignments on a daily basis
• Prior experience using State DMV licensing system.
• As required, obtains and maintains valid notary license
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 Year Preferred

• Occasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences. (5% proficiency)
