Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a customer-focused team member to greet members, determine service needs, and direct them to the appropriate area. In locations with DMV services, you will process registrations and transactions following state and Club procedures.

You will also assist with TripTiks, maps, hotel and car reservations, membership and insurance payments, passport photos, Travel Money, and notary services, while balancing cash and recognizing cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform basic accounting duties.
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks daily.
• Prior experience using State DMV licensing system.
• As required, obtain and maintain valid notary license.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and determine the service required, providing or directing accordingly.
• Provide DMV license services where offered, complete transactions per DMV and Club procedures.
• Prepare TripTiks, maps, and travel-related materials.
• Assist with hotel and car reservations.
• Promote and sell AAA memberships.
• Process membership and insurance payments; offer renewals.
• Issue passport photos and IDP’s; handle Travel Money transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits.
• Perform notary services per National Notary Association and Club procedures.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on member needs.

Job Summary

Greets members by phone and in person and determines the nature of service required. Either provides requested services or directs them to the appropriate area. In locations providing DMV license services, processes transactions and resolves routine problems. Provides high level of customer service according to Club's Quality Assurance Standards.

Job Duties

• In States offering DMV license services, provides registration services to members; maintains current knowledge of DMV regulations and completes all transactions according to State DMV and Club procedures.
• Prepares TripTiks®; provides maps, tour books and other travel-related materials.
• Assists members with hotel and/or car reservations.
• Promotes and sells AAA memberships.
• Processes membership payments. Upgrades basic memberships to those with higher value (Plus, Premier, etc.); offers automatic renewal feature.
• Processes insurance payments and offers automatic renewal.
• Issues passport photos and IDP’s.
• Processes Travel Money product transactions; provides merchandise and attraction ticket sales.
• Balances and reconciles cash drawer; prepares daily deposits.
• Performs notary services in accordance with the National Notary Association and Club procedures.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities based on members’ product needs and service.

Qualifications
