Job summary

Ring Power Corporation seeks a Service Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations, enforce safety policies, and drive customer satisfaction. You will manage staff, coordinate with product support and sales teams, and ensure profitable service delivery across all activities.

Candidate requirements include 7+ years in leadership roles, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. OSHA/MSHA experience is highly valued and we expect strong communication abilities and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of experience in related leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with OSHA/MSHA safety certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service department activities and staff.
• Interview, hire and train employees.
• Plan, assign and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Control expenses, warranty and CSA costs; ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with Product Support Group and New Machine Sales.
• Maintain clean, safe facility and enforce policies.
• Provide timely, accurate quotes and inform customers of changes.
• Ensure maximum return on investment for the company and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
