Overview

The Branch Security Officer maintains a secure environment for clients and employees, serves as first point of contact and supports sales and service initiatives to create a positive Tiffany experience.

Responsibilities

• Security and Operations: deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, implement Incident Management procedures, maintain security systems, perform inspections, and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Sales: deepen customer relationships, drive loyalty and spend, support store operations to achieve sales goals.
• Service: elevate in‑store experience, deliver memorable moments, embody Tiffany brand ambassador behaviors, optimize hospitality and store amenities, act on TEI performance feedback.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail or security environment (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in a security related position (preferred).

Salary

$19.13 - $22.50 per hour
